Commercial & Technical Update: A Strong Start to the Year
The last three months have marked a period of strong progress across our Commercial and Technical departments here at Esquire, reflecting the continued hard work, collaboration and commitment of our teams across the business.
Strengthening Our Technical Capability
We are delighted to welcome Jamie to the Technical Team. His arrival has already enhanced our in-house expertise and supported even closer cross departmental working, marking a positive step as we continue to grow and refine our delivery capability.
Major Milestones at Farriers Green
A standout achievement this quarter has been the successful completion of our first MOAT Housing units at Farriers Green in Rainham, Kent, alongside the handover of some of the final private plots. A special thank you goes to Lorna and Clive, and the wider team for their professionalism and dedication in brining this scheme to a successful conclusion.

Our development on Farriers Green was our first affordable homes project with Esquire, and our partnership has since grown to produce exciting new plans with them in the future. Enhancing Stoke Road with New Community-led Amenities
Work has now begun at the former Sturdee Club on Stoke Road, marking the start of an exciting new Esquire development. This development will deliver three commercial units, a cafe, and a purpose-build nursery, creating a vibrant hub that supports both our future homeowners and the wider community who will benefit from these new local amenities.
