Looking back at 2025

As we settle into 2026, we’d like to take a moment to look back at 2025 and what we managed to achieve as a business.

Awards

Most notably, 2025 was year we won three major awards. We were the proud recipient of the Silver Award for the Best Medium House Builder at last year’s WhatHouse? Awards, in addition to our development Arundel Gate being named the UK Property Awards’ winner in the Residential Development of 20+ Units category, not only for West Sussex, but also for the whole of the United Kingdom. Our Sales, Marketing and Customer Care Director, Alex, said: “Winning at the UK Property Awards is a testament to the team’s commitment to redefining the standard for new homes. I’m so proud of what we have achieved together, and grateful to our contractors and internal departments for their collaboration and trust.”

Developments

We launched three new developments across Kent: The Bluebells in Maidstone, Garland Park in Benenden and Honeywood Mews in St Mary Hoo. These developments mark a new and exciting opportunity for us at Esquire Developments, with new locations and house types, most notably The Crescent Collection at Garland Park, bringing you four one-of-a-kind luxury townhouse property types. We also sold our final home at Featherbed Farm in Iwade, Kent, closing the chapter of another completed development.

Fundraising

We raised a over £40,000 for some amazing charities in 2025, such as Demelza, ellenor and Macmillan. We hosted our annual charity day at Hijngo and raised a whopping £37,265 for Demelza and ellenor. A huge thank you again to our amazing sponsors for making this event possible. We’re excited to continue fundraising throughout 2026, and have set an ambitious goal of raising £50,000 through our Managing Directors Paul and David, and Directors of Finance and Land and Planning making the climb to Mount Everest Base Camp for Demelza. The ESQ Team

And last by not least, the Esquire Team expanded! We welcomed nine new members of staff to HQ, widening our Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, Construction and Technical teams.

2025 was certainly an exciting year for the whole team here at Esquire, and we can’t wait to see what we achieve as a team this year with the launch of new showhomes and developments. Here’s to continuing to redefine the standard for new homes in 2026!
